Grief, loss, and caregiver strain can feel deeply isolating and emotionally overwhelming. Drawing from my experience as a medical social worker for many years, I consider it an honor to support individuals navigating the complex emotions that can come with caring for others, coping with illness, or experiencing significant loss.
There is no "right" way to grieve, and healing does not follow a timeline. I provide a supportive space where people can feel heard, validated, and safe expressing feelings that may feel difficult to share with others.
Whether you are grieving the loss of a person, a relationship, a diagnosis, or a version of life you had planned, your experience is valid. Therapy offers a place to carry that grief without carrying it alone.
