I work with individuals experiencing anxiety and stress, including those struggling with performance anxiety, overfunctioning, and perfectionism. Anxiety can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in patterns that are difficult to break.

Together, we explore the underlying function of anxiety while building practical coping and grounding skills to help manage symptoms, increase self-awareness, and create a greater sense of balance and confidence in your daily life.

Many of my clients are high-achieving, deeply caring people who hold themselves to high standards. They're not broken — they're exhausted. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what's driving the anxiety, and build a more sustainable way of moving through the world.
